About Richard Grode
Richard Grode is a certified Recovery Coach (CRC), Hypnotherapist (in multiple modalities), Breathwork Facilitator (Hendricks Institute), and integrative wellness therapist with over 40 years of experience helping individuals recover, rebuild, and realign—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
He is the developer of the L.I.F.E. Method and the NBRT Method, two holistic approaches that combine neuroscience, somatic practices, and therapeutic tools to support transformation at the deepest levels.
Richard’s journey began with decades of experience in personal training, martial arts, and therapeutic bodywork. Over time, he expanded his practice to include neuroscience-based recovery coaching, trauma-informed techniques, and cutting-edge tools like red light therapy and hypno-EMDR. He is also the creator of The Science of Street Fighting DVD series and has worked with thousands of clients—from high-risk adventurers to chronic pain sufferers—guiding them through physical and personal transformation.
Today, at Unified Body Mind Therapy, Richard combines modern technologies like the Vielight Neuro Duo and PlatinumLED BioMax 900 with powerful modalities such as breathwork, hypnotherapy, and recovery coaching to create a truly personalized and integrative therapeutic experience. His work is especially supportive for those in addiction recovery, individuals facing stress-related conditions, or anyone seeking holistic healing.
